Shipping Australia wide is free and express for all orders over $99. Shipping for orders under $99 is a flat $8 for express.
International shipping is free for orders over $150 AUD or a flat $20 fee for orders under.

Your order will be sent from Torquay, Victoria. Two Sparrow Australia uses Australia Post e-Parcel express service for domestic delivery.
Without delays, packages will usually deliver to Victoria within 1-2 business days, and all other states within 2-3 business days after order fulfillment.
Your order will be sent from Torquay, Victoria. Two Sparrow Australia uses Australia Post Express for all International orders, Australia post has international partners across the global shipping network depending on customer country.
The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel. Without delays, packages will usually deliver express within 1 week and regular within 1-3 weeks.

Note: Due to COVID-19 there have been some delays with express shipping of up to 3 business days within Australia and 5 days business days international once fulfilled.
Exchanges and ReturnsWe guarantee that you will not only love your Two Sparrow items, but you will be happy with the fit. If you are not completely satisfied you have 60 days to exchange return it and we will send you out the exchanged size free of charge or offer a 110% return for store credit. Our new returns policy is in effect from 20 April 2021.
We are trying to minimise the amount of products that are purchased with the intent to return, thus reducing the negative externalities associated with package logistics. We encourage you to chat to us through our chat function to find the right size and head to our FAQs to find out more.
We will always provide a full refund for a garment for reasons under the Australian Australian Consumer Law - under the ACL a customer is entitled to a refund or replacement due to a major problem with the product.

The exchanged item will be posted back to the buyer free of charge, always.

Damaged/Faulty ItemsIn the unlikely event of a damaged/faulty item please fill out the exchange/returns form and explain the issue. We will respond within 48 hours and ensure you are back up and running with your Two Sparrow items ASAP.
