We guarantee that you will not only love your Two Sparrow items, but you will be happy with the fit. If you are not completely satisfied you have 60 days to exchange or return it and we will send you out the exchanged size free of charge or offer a full refund for full-price items or store credit for sale items.
We will always provide a full refund for a garment for reasons under the Australian Australian Consumer Law - under the ACL a customer is entitled to a refund or replacement due to a major problem with the product.
Please ensure to only try on items while wearing underwear. We reserve the right to refuse exchange/return if we believe a product has been worn.
Exchange & Returns Process:
Please ensure garments are in the same condition as when they were received. Swing tags and hygiene stickers must be attached. Please fill out the Exchange and Returns form and we will be in contact within 48 hours or chat to us on messenger.
The exchanged item will be posted back to the buyer free of charge.
The buyer will be responsible for returning the items in their original condition with the swing tag and/or hygiene sticker attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return if we believe the item has been worn. Two Sparrow Australia will not be held liable if an item is lost when in transit to be returned. Please ensure to keep tracking numbers when sending items back.
The buyer will incur the cost of posting the exchange/return item back to Two Sparrow Australia in Torquay, Australia.
Exchange & Returns for Online Sample Sale
All items sold as part of the online sample sale are final sale. We will always offer refunds under Australian Consumer Law, where the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product.
In the unlikely event of a damaged/faulty item please fill out the exchange/returns form and explain the issue. We will respond within 48 hours and ensure you are back up and running with your Two Sparrow items ASAP.
