What fabric is the activewear made from?
The activewear is made from REPREVE, created from 82% recycled PET bottles.

What packaging do you use?
We are aware of waste in all elements of our production, especially our packaging.
We use 100% plastic free packaging.
Each order comes with a Two Sparrow Cotton Reusable Tote and is packaged in a recycled kraft or biodegradable mailing bag made from cornstarch depending on item size.
The tags are made from recycled kraft and the string is made from 100% cotton.
What do you mean your activewear is made from plastic bottles?
Our activewear is made from REPREVE which uses up to 15 plastic bottles to make every womens activewear set. Since 2007, REPREVE has transformed more than 20 billion recycled plastic bottles into recycled fibers. Your recycling makes good things happen! From there, they use these recycled fibers along with elastane to create the swimwear fabric. Pretty cool hey!
When will I receive my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you make your purchase. As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you tracking details with the tracking number. We ship all orders FREE and EXPRESS from Torquay, Australia. Please expect to receive your order within 3 days Australia wide and up to 2 weeks international. Depending on country there may be some delays at the moment.
What is the price of shipping?
Shipping Australia wide is free and express for all orders over $99.
Shipping for orders under $99 is a flat $8 for express.
International shipping is free for orders over $150 AUD or a flat $20 fee for orders under.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We ship to all countries that can receive post from Australia Post. International shipping is free for orders over $150 AUD or a flat $20 fee for orders under.
I live in Torquay, can I pick my order up?
You sure can! We do order pick ups from our office in Torquay, Australia once a day. If you would like to do so, please email us or send us a chat and we will organise this for you. We can usually have your order ready within 24 hours ready for pick up.
When will I receive my tracking details?
All tracking codes will be provided when your order is dispatched. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be fulfilled during the sale period.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping within Australia:
Two Sparrow Australia uses Australia Post e-Parcel express service for domestic delivery.
Without delays, packages will usually deliver to Victoria within 1-2 business days, and all other states within 2-3 business days after order fulfillment.
Shipping International:
Two Sparrow Australia uses Australia Post Express for all International orders, Australia post has international partners across the global shipping network depending on customer country.
The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel.
Without delays, packages will usually deliver express within 1 week and regular within 1-3 weeks.
What ways can I pay?
Two Sparrow Australia currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, ShopPay and AfterPay as payment methods as well as Two Sparrow gift vouchers or store credit.

If your order was processed successfully, you would have received an email – please check your junk box as sometimes it goes there!

Exchange & Returns
We guarantee that you will not only love your Two Sparrow items, but you will be happy with the fit. If you are not completely satisfied you have 60 days to exchange return it and we will send you out the exchanged size free of charge or offer a 110% return for store credit.
We are trying to minimise the amount of products that are purchased with the intent to return, thus reducing the negative externalities associated with package logistics. We encourage you to chat to us through our chat function to find the right size and head to our FAQs to find out more.
We will always provide a full refund for a garment for reasons under the Australian Australian Consumer Law - under the ACL a customer is entitled to a refund or replacement due to a major problem with the product.
Please ensure to only try on items while wearing underwear. We reserve the right to refuse exchange/return if we believe a product has been worn.
Exchange & Returns Process:
Please ensure garments are in the same condition as when they were received. Swing tags and hygiene stickers must be attached. Please fill out the Exchange and Returns form and we will be in contact within 48 hours or chat to us on messenger.
The exchanged item will be posted back to the buyer free of charge.
The buyer will be responsible for returning the items in their original condition with the swing tag and/or hygiene sticker attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return if we believe the item has been worn. Two Sparrow Australia will not be held liable if an item is lost when in transit to be returned. Please ensure to keep tracking numbers when sending items back.
The buyer will incur the cost of posting the exchange/return item back to Two Sparrow Australia in Torquay, Australia.
Exchange & Returns for Online Sample Sale
All items sold as part of the online sample sale are final sale. We will always offer refunds under Australian Consumer Law, where the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product.
Damaged/Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of a damaged/faulty item please fill out the exchange/returns form and explain the issue. We will respond within 48 hours and ensure you are back up and running with your Two Sparrow items ASAP.
What if I get the package and it's damaged?
In the unlikely circumstance that your package is damaged, send us an email at hello@twosparrow.com.au and we will organise your package to be returned and send you a new one.
Do you offer exchange or returns if the items do not fit right?
Absolutely, we offer 60 day returns and exchanges for your items as long as they are not worn with tags. Please email us at returns@twosparrow.com.au or contact via chat.
How long does it take to process a return?
If you have asked for a return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed then up to 10 business days for the refund to hit your account. If it still has not hit your account after this time, please email us at hello@twosparrow.com.au or contact via chat.
